Minimum seasonal dockage fee of $1,750 for boats up to 22 ft.
All boats over 22 ft. are calculated at a $77.00 per foot of the actual measured length of the boat,
including bow pulpit and swim platform determined by Shellbanks Marina.
Water and electric are included on boats 23 ft. and under. Boats over 23 ft. an optional seasonal electric fee of $175 is applied.
Trailer storage is offered at a seasonal cost of $300.00 up to 21 ft. $350.00 trailers over 21 ft.
Summer dockage season runs through November 20.

Boat Slips Selection is offered according to boat length (and beam up to 12 ft.),
on a first come first
serve basis.
Slips no. 1 - 15 are for boats up to 22 ft.
Slips no. 16, 17 are for boats up to 24 ft.
Slips no. 18 - 25 are for boats up to 32 ft.

Boat delivery to the marina is not permitted until slip is paid in full.
Insurance: Due to the hazardous nature of any boat dockage facility, Shellbanks Corp. requires all boat owners to carry liability insurance
naming Shellbanks Corp. it's owners and operators exempt from all liability, for any reason.
Rules: Shellbanks offers our clients expert repair, maintenance, installation, transporting and detailing for your boats. Clients may use
their own mechanics or bring in their own contractor provided they are insured and approved by Shellbanks.
Shellbanks Marina is located at the end of a private right of way. We respect our neighbors and advise all our clients to drive slow and carefully
when entering or exiting the marina. Anyone driving in an unacceptable manner will have marina privileges canceled.
